The process takes 10 business days from start to finish:
1. Kick-off with the sponsor to define the Success Profile;
2. Multimodal Assessment interviews, Hogan & PDA, business case and preliminary references;
3. A 90-minute strategic debrief with HR and the hiring manager, where we deliver the TalentScan Scorecard and a rapid development plan (“90-Day Booster”) in case the candidate is selected.
