This is achieved by working on the two main planes:
• Board Composition: By strategically analyzing the current and future context, we determine the experiences that benefit the company and the profile of directors to be incorporated into the Board.
• Board Functioning Assessment: Personalized interviews with Board members, majority shareholders (if any), the company’s CEO, and their direct reports to understand how the company works. This ensures that key topics are discussed and that the experiences of all the valuable people who comprise it are incorporated. We have online assessment tools to measure self-perception versus how one is perceived by others. Based on all the material collected, we identify how the Board functions, its strengths, and opportunities for individual and collective improvement. We hold individual and collective meetings to share the findings and define a future strategy with the Board.
